1. Children aged 2 years or older but under 12 years must travel with an adult who is at least 18 years old, has full civil capacity, and is capable of accompanying them. The cabin class for the child must match that of the accompanying adult, and the child must sit in the same cabin class as the adult based on the purchased ticket.

2. 1. Children's Fare:

   Domestic Flights: The child fare for domestic flights is 50% of the adult applicable standard fare for the same flight. Other applicable fare tickets may also be purchased, subject to the corresponding ticket usage conditions.

   International and regional flights: Children may purchase child fare tickets or adult-applicable fare tickets, subject to the corresponding ticket usage conditions

   2. Number of Children Accompanied

   (1) Children under 5 years old (excluding the day of the 5th birthday): Each adult passenger may bring up to three children under 5 years old, or up to two children under 5 and one infant, or up to one disabled child. Children must purchase tickets in the same cabin class as their accompanying adult.

   (2) Children aged 5 (inclusive of the 5th birthday) to 12 (exclusive of the 12th birthday): When traveling with a child aged 5 to 12, there is no limit on the number of children who can purchase tickets. If accompanying a disabled child, a maximum of one disabled child may be carried, and no other children or infant passengers are allowed. The child must purchase a ticket of the same cabin class as the accompanying adult.

   (3) For children exceeding the specified number or those traveling alone who meet Hainan Airlines' unaccompanied minor transportation conditions, the unaccompanied minor service can be arranged.

   海南航空の公式ウェブサイト（www.hnair.com）、モバイルアプリ、海南航空直営のチケット販売店、または海南航空チケット購入サービスホットライン95339（24時間対応）を通じて付添人のいないお子様用航空券を購入できます（当該航空券を購入した時点でサービスの事前予約も完了したとみなす）。

2. 2. 国際線及び地区線における付添人のいないお子様サービスの事前予約方法

   海南航空直営のチケット販売店または海南航空チケット購入サービスホットライン（24時間対応）を通じて、遅くとも予約便の出発24時間前に購入の申し込みを行うことができます。サービス料金基準：1人1区間につき500人民元の付添サービス料金がかかります。実際に当該サービスを利用しなかった場合、サービス料金を全額返金いたします。

3. 3. 付添人のいないお子様サービスの事前予約に関する注意事項

   （1）各便においては付添人のいないお子様用航空券の販売数が限定されているので、お子様の安全を守るため、チケットの事前購入をお勧め致します。

   （2）お子様が順調に搭乗できるように、保護者様には出発時刻の2時間前に空港に到着し、お子様を有人の海南航空チェックインカウンターまで連れて搭乗手続きを行っていただきます。また、お見送りの保護者様は飛行機が離陸した後に空港を発ってください。

   （3）お子様は、有効な身分証明書、旅行に必要な書類など（パスポート（或いは身分証、戸籍簿）、航空券、付添人のいないお子様サービス表などの資料が含まれる）を持参すべきです。

   （4）国際線及び地区線の場合、遅くとも予約便の出発24時間前に購入の申し込みを行う必要があり、現地での申込受付は行いません。

海外のウェブサイトでは、同伴者のいない子供用チケットの購入はできません。ご要望があれば、当社直営のチケット販売所にご連絡いただくか、当社の電話窓口にご連絡ください。ご不便をおかけして申し訳ありません。
