In December 2024, Hainan Airlines received the title of "China Best Customer Contact Center for the Year 2023-2024" by the National Standard Preparation Group for Information Technology Services – Intelligent Customer Services and the Customer Contact Center Standard (CCCS) Committee.
In December 2024, Hainan Airlines received the titles of "High-quality Operating Unit" and "Wide-body Star" for the year 2024 from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport.

In August 2024, the CPC building case of Integration and Empowerment through CPC Building – Drawing a New Chapter of Hainan Airlines' High-quality Development Driven by the "CPC Building+" System with "Three Layers, Four Levels and Five Dimensions" of Hainan Airlines was included in the list of "Excellent Innovation Cases of CPC Building of Nationwide Enterprises in 2024".
