Notice of Product Purchase
1. Business ticket packages for international routes and China Hong Kong, China Macao and China Taiwan routes are sold for 2 sets minimum, supporting the free combination purchase of international and China Hong Kong, China Macao, and China Taiwan routes within the same zone, and supporting some intercity flights in domestic. The package price is for international routes and China Hong Kong, China Macao and China Taiwan routes segments. Additional payment is required for domestic connecting segments. Passengers purchasing ticket packages need to pay the ticket fare and taxes (including fuel surcharges, peak season surcharges, etc.) for all segments at once. Taxes and fees are subject to the actual price at the time of issue.
2. Business ticket packages for international routes and China Hong Kong, China Macao and China Taiwan routes are non-transferable. Once purchased, the passenger information cannot be changed. After purchase, seats should be reserved in a timely manner according to travel needs. The flight date of the first segment under the ticket packages must be within 6 months from the date of ticket issuance.
3. The validity period of business ticket packages for international routes and China Hong Kong, China Macao and China Taiwan routes is one year, which means it is valid within one year from the date of the first segment. Passengers can voluntarily apply for a 6-month extension based on travel needs and should apply in advance within the validity period of the ticket.
4. Passengers purchasing business ticket packages for international routes and China Hong Kong, China Macao and China Taiwan routes can enjoy normal business class services.
5. Passengers purchasing designated routes and meeting the required number of packages can apply for Fortune Wings Gold Card/Silver Card from the sales channel. The gifted Fortune Wings Card is considered as the VIP experience card, with a validity period of one year (valid from the date of issuance). The qualification criteria for maintaining the VIP experience card are the same as the normal VIP card. In addition, the gifted VIP experience card has the same privileges as the normal Gold Card and Silver Card, except for additional reward points, points overdraft, and cabin upgrade vouchers.
6. Reward points for each travel of passengers shall be implemented in accordance with the rules of Fortune Wings Club.
7. This product shall not be used in combination with other offers.
8. Purchase channels: Hainan Airlines' 24-hour booking hotline at 95339-2-4 and Hainan Airlines' ticketing office.
Warm tip: When exchanging tickets, there may be insufficient seats for some products, it is recommended to change the route to other flights, or pay the difference fee to book seats.
