From January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, passengers flying on Hainan Airlines' international and regional flights can request an upgrade at the airport check-in counter. The staff will assess the day's flight status and provide passengers with paid upgrade services directly at the airport check-in counter.

Applicable Conditions
1. Applicable flights: International and regional flights operated by Hainan Airlines with business class cabins.
2. Eligible passengers: Passengers holding economy class tickets for Hainan Airlines' international and regional flights.
3. Product pricing: Please inquire with the staff at the check-in counter for current prices.
4. Applicable domestic cities: Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an, Haikou, Changsha, Chongqing, Chengdu, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hangzhou.
5. Applicable to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions of China and International Cities: Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong China, Macao China, Tokyo, Osaka, Singapore, Bangkok, Vientiane, Ho Chi Minh City, Phuket, Vladivostok, Sapporo, Irkutsk, Jakarta, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, St. Petersburg, Moscow, Cairo, Abu Dhabi, Jeddah, Riyadh, Edinburgh, Dublin, Belgrade, Brussels, Berlin, Manchester, Madrid, Rome, Paris, Vienna, Brussels, Milan, Budapest, London, Tel Aviv, Vancouver, Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago, Mexico City, New York. Notices
1. Refunds will not be issued for upgrades purchased at the airport in case of loss of payment receipts. Passengers are advised to properly keep the payment receipts.
2. Upgrade fees do not count towards Fortune Wings Club points. Baggage allowances, points, and ticket regulations for upgraded passengers will be subject to the original cabin class standards.
3. This product is currently limited to direct flights only, from departure city to destination (excluding layovers).
4. Services for irregular flights or transfers are subject to the original cabin class standards.
5. Upgrade payments can be invoiced. Passengers can contact the Hainan Airlines 24-hour booking hotline at 95339 within one month after the flight, providing invoice details such as the invoice title and mailing address. Hainan Airlines will then issue and mail the invoice to the passenger.
