The first thing visitors see upon entering the lounge is the picturesque hallway, with chestnut-colored steel and glass panels housing silk-embroidered reproductions of three landmarks around West Lake—Jixian Pavilion, Remnant Snow on the Bridge in Winter and the Three Ponds Mirroring the Moon—to relax the mind and body and immerse visitors in the beauty of Hangzhou’s famous scenic attractions.

Reading Area
The reading area occupies 55 square meters. Located close to the hallway, it is equipped with single and double chairs as well as sofas, plus a varied selection of magazines in Chinese and English.

The privacy area spans 70 square meters and is located near the wall, providing Business Class passengers with a conveniently partitioned and quiet environment to get some work done.

Children's Activity Area and Nursing Room
This brightly colored area is equipped with child-friendly padded walls and a multi-functional swing and slide set suitable for children aged 3-6. The separate nursing room is equipped with a baby changing station and hand basin with paper towels and soft tissues.

The massage area is equipped with two OSIM luxury massage chairs to soothe the entire body and alleviate travel fatigue.

90 minutes before the departure of the first flight of the day to the end of the last departing flight.

Business class passengers, and members of Fortune Wings Platinum, Gold, Silver and Deer cards.
Note: High-end wheelchair passengers should go to the No.9 first-class lounge of the airport (a box elevator is available).

two guests permitted per Platinum Card holder, one guest permitted per Fortune Wings Club Gold Card holder (guests must be traveling on the same date and flight as the card holder).
