Passengers who purchase Hainan Airlines’ international or Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan Business Class flight pass are entitled to multiple travel privileges based on the number of trips included. Once the pass is issued, unlimited free changes are allowed for the same itinerary and cabin within the validity period. Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Notice of Product Purchase

    1. A minimum purchase of two Business Class travel passes for international and Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan routes is required. Passes may be freely combined within the same region, and intercontinental routes support selected domestic connecting flights. The pass price covers only the international and Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan sectors; domestic connecting sectors require additional payment. Passengers must pay the full fare and all applicable taxes and surcharges (including fuel surcharges, peak-season surcharges, etc.) for all sectors at the time of purchase. Taxes and surcharges are subject to the actual amounts at the time of ticket issuance.

    2.The Business Class travel pass for international and Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan routes is non-transferable. Once purchased, passenger information cannot be modified. After purchase, passengers should reserve seats according to their travel needs. The first flight segment must be scheduled on or before February 28, 2027.

    3. The validity period of the Business Class travel pass for international and Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan routes is one year, starting from the date of the first flight segment. Passengers may apply for a one-time 6-month extension for a fee, according to their travel needs, and must submit the application in advance within the ticket's validity period.

    4. Passengers purchasing business ticket packages for international routes and Hong Kong, China, Macao, China and China Taiwan routes can enjoy normal business class services.

    5. Reward points for each travel of passengers shall be implemented in accordance with the rules of Fortune Wings Club.

    6. This product shall not be used in combination with other offers.

    7. Purchase channels: Hainan Airlines' 24-hour booking hotline at 95339-2-4 and Hainan Airlines' ticketing office.

    Warm tip: When exchanging tickets, there may be insufficient seats for some products, it is recommended to change the route to other flights, or pay the difference fee to book seats. If reservations are made during designated peak season periods, a peak season surcharge will apply.
