Domestic Transfers
1. Minimum connecting time for transfers
In principle, the minimum connecting transfer time at each airport is 120 minutes. For airports that provide transfer services, the minimum connecting times are as follows:

Tips: The transfer time between Beijing Capital Airport and Beijing Daxing Airport is 300 minutes. Please arrange your travel time reasonably.
Affected by the epidemic, the transfer hall of Beijing Capital International Airport is closed. If you are not a passenger who uses the product Hai Tian Wu Xian or the product (Haichuan Tong Cheng) via Beijing, you need to go out of the isolation area to complete the transfer procedures. In order to ensure the smooth connection of flights, please arrange your time reasonably.
Hainan Airlines currently does not provide transit services at airports other than the above-mentioned terminals. For specific transfer details, please refer to the local airport policy.
2. Same-day transfer service
Scope of Application
Passengers on Hainan Airlines flights who are transferring in Beijing capital, Hohhot, Zhengzhou, Xi'an, Urumqi, Kunming, Guangzhou, Shenzhen or Chongqing to connecting flights operated by Hainan Airlines or Hainan Airlines' airlines (Grand China Air / Tianjin Airlines / Lucky Air / Capital Airlines / West Air / Urumqi Air / Fuzhou Airlines / GX Airlines / Air Chang'an / Air Guilin / Suparna Airlines).

Remarks: Due to factors such as the transfer of some airlines to Chengdu Tianfu International Airport, Hainan Airlines will temporarily not provide through check-in services at the Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport transfer station.
Online Transfer
Transferring from a flight operated by Hainan Airlines or Hainan Airlines' airlines (Grand China Air / Tianjin Airlines / West Air / Lucky Air / Capital Airlines / Urumqi Air / GX Airlines / Air Chang'an / Air Guilin / Suparna Airlines / Fuzhou Airlines) to a connecting flight operated by the same carrier. For example, transferring from a Hainan Airlines flight to a connecting Hainan Airlines flight, or from a Tianjin Airlines flight to a connecting Tianjin Airlines flight.
Interline Transfer
Taking a Hainan Airlines flight to the transit airport and transferring to a connecting flight operated by Hainan Airlines' airlines (Grand China Air / Tianjin Airlines / West Air / Lucky Air / Capital Airlines / Urumqi Air / GX Airlines / Air Chang'an / Air Guilin / Suparna Airlines / Fuzhou Airlines) for onward travel to the destination airport; or taking a flight operated by one of the above carriers to the transit airport and transferring to a connecting flight operated by Hainan Airlines for onward travel to the destination airport.
3. Overnight transfer service
Scope of application
a. Transit via Zhengzhou, Hohhot, Chongqing, Urumqi, Xi'an, and take Hainan Airlines or Hainan Airlines' airlines (Grand China Airlines / Tianjin Airlines / Lucky Air / Capital Airlines / Western Airlines / Urumqi Airlines / Fuzhou Airlines / Guangxi Beibu Gulf Airlines / Changan Airlines / Guilin Airlines / Suparna Airlines) connecting flights, connecting passengers who meet the overnight accommodation standards can enjoy free accommodation services.
b. Domestic-to-domestic connecting flight and transit via above airports: passengers who transit on the next day ;
c. Domestic-to-domestic connecting flight and transit via above airports: Passengers whose flight arrives at the airport between 00:00 and 06:00 and connects with flight more than 6 hours (inclusive) apart on the same day.
Accommodation Service
The transit stations in Urumqi, Chongqing, Zhengzhou, Hohhot, and Xi'an provide free accommodation and vehicle shuttle services for the following passengers. However, meals and other miscellaneous expenses shall be borne by passengers. In principle, the overnight transit time at all airports shall not exceed 24 hours. (Inclusive)
a. Domestic-to-domestic connecting flight: passengers who transit on the next day ;
b. Domestic-to-domestic connecting flight: Passengers whose flight arrives at the airport between 00:00 and 06:00 and connects with flight more than 6 hours (inclusive) apart on the same day.
Remarks:
(1) For individual passengers who need to stay overnight at Chongqing Airport for free accommodation, the airline, travel agency, and ticket agent must log in to Jiangbei Airport’s transfer service online booking system (http://www.cqa.cn) for free accommodation service before 18:00 the day before check-in Free accommodation services can only be enjoyed after booking and approval by Jiangbei Airport. For passengers who have not made an online reservation in advance, Jiangbei Airport will not provide free accommodation services (Reservation consultation telephone T3: 023-88869313, 023-67153699; T2: 023-88869229). After the order is approved, you can enjoy free overnight transit accommodation. (Currently, no accommodation is provided for domestic inter-airline transit)
(2) Individual passengers who have overnight transit accommodation via Hohhot Airport need to book accommodation services 12 hours before the first flight departure. Reservation telephone number: 0471-4942700, 4942788. Enjoy the scope of transit accommodation services: overnight transit and transit time within 24 hours.
(3) Individual passengers who transfer accommodation via Zhengzhou Airport need to book accommodation services by telephone before 17:00 the day before the arrival of the first flight. The appointment telephone number is 0371-58517615. Range of passengers enjoying transit accommodation service: domestic transit time is within 24 hours.
(4) The accommodation services in Chongqing, Hohhot, Zhengzhou and Xi'an are provided by the airport free of charge. Passengers enjoy the service standards of the four airports. The service provision and termination time shall be subject to the airport notice.
(5) For individual travelers who transit through Xi'an Xianyang Airport, search for "Imagine Travel at Western Airport" on the WeChat public account, click "Check-in·Transit" and then click the transfer service to book.
(6) Free accommodation service at Xi'an Xianyang Airport:
a. The team needs to call 2 working days in advance to make a reservation. Please call Xianyang Airport's official service hotline 029-96788 to 9 to make an appointment.
b. Individual travelers need to book 1 working day in advance.
c. Please reserve the correct mobile phone number. After the reservation is approved, please check the confirmation SMS sent by the airport 。
