Elderly Passengers

We provide various services for passengers 70 years old and above who take our flights.

For transportation safety reasons, if you are feeling unwell, please carefully read the flight instructions before traveling.

Note: The high altitude environment is particularly prone to physical discomfort. Please choose your travel method based on your own physical condition.

1. 1. We will provide you with unaccompanied minor services throughout the entire ground journey on domestic flights (excluding connecting flights and codeshare flights operated by Hainan Airlines as a marketer). Special Site Service (Zhengzhou Airport): Provides paid unaccompanied minors service, with specific fees subject to on-site application and actual execution at Zhengzhou Airport.

3. (1)If the flight is required to land at a different airport unexpectedly and if the airport is not one of the airports listed above, then due to staffing limitations we may be unable to provide full guidance services.

(2)If you are flying alone, we will need you or your drop off personnel to assist you in filling out the Special Passenger Service Request Form B, and we will provide unaccompanied services to assist you in boarding. If you did not apply for unaccompanied services when purchasing tickets, you can apply for unaccompanied services at the airport check-in counter/Hainan Airlines ticket office at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the flight upon arrival at the airport.
