Eligibility Criteria

Passengers can enjoy international and regional transfer services by showing your ID card and outbound flight information scheduled within 72 hours.

Warm Tips:

1. Complimentary international transfer accommodation is limited to one room for two people for one night. Single occupancy requires an additional charge of RMB 200.

2. Passengers may choose either a free room voucher or a dining voucher. Please note that during peak season, the number of complimentary rooms available daily for international transfer passengers is limited. Free room vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Once all free room vouchers have been claimed, passengers may alternatively apply for a dining voucher.

If you check in before 06:00, you need to check out by 12:00 on the same day.

If you check in after 06:00, you may check out by 12:00 the following day.

For single occupancy or to extend your stay, please pay at the hotel front desk.

Booking Process

  • Step 1

    On the booking confirmation page of Hainan Airlines app, click "Book Haikou transfer benefits."
    Note: Clicking "Book Haikou transfer benefits" will take you to a third-party website. Please be advised that all content, services, and policies on the external platform are independent of and not affiliated with Hainan Airlines.

  • Step 2

    The page will automatically redirect to the "Haikou Meilan Airport" mini-program.Tap "English" in the upper right corner to switch to Chinese mode. After registering an account, select "Apply for Transit Benefits," take photos and upload the required documents. After the review is approved, you'll receive the QR code of the corresponding service voucher.

    * Domestic IPs can make reservations. For overseas IPs, the mini-program's rules shall prevail. You may make a reservation after arriving in China or complete the process offline.

  • Step 3

    After arriving at Haikou Meilan International Airport, proceed to the Haikou Meilan International Airport Hotel, present the QR code for verification and redemption to obtain the corresponding service voucher, and enjoy the applicable services.
