Our “Care More” program is focused on providing specialized friendly and considerate services for those travelers who require a little extra care and assistance including senior citizens, infants, children, pregnant passengers, passengers with limited mobility etc.

Care Senior
Various services for senior passengers aged over 70 are available, including flight assistance for seniors traveling alone.

Care Kids
We provide children who are at least 5 years old but under 12 years old who are travelling alone with special care services. When checking in for the flight they will receive a “Little Aviator” passport which they can use to collect 10 staff members signatures which can be converted to mileage credits.

Care Baby
Travelling with a baby? We can provide bassinets, delicious meals for the baby and special seat belts on our flights. You can also bring a stroller for free.

If you need anything during your flight, please inform our flight attendants who will be happy to assist you.

Care Pets
With our “pet transport” and “pet cabin” services, your pet can either ride in the climate-controlled cargo hold or be placed under the seat in front of you, so the two of you can arrive at the destination together.

Additionally, we provide special services for passengers with impairments, as well as passengers with reduced mobility in need of wheelchairs, stretchers, or other assistance.
