Travelling Alone
1. For passengers taking our Chinese domestic flights and travelling between Beijing, Taiyuan, Haikou, Xi’an, Guangzhou, Urumqi, Changsha, Hangzhou, Shenzhen Sanya, Tianjin, Chongqing, Mianyang or Qianjiang (limited to flights between these cities), we can provide you with guidance services for the whole journey, and assist you with boarding the flight.We will inform you of any necessary flight information through SMS.
2. If you are travelling alone, the"Special Assistance Application Form B" will need to be filled out by you or your escorting personnel at the airport on the day of your flight. If you have not applied for unaccompanied service when booking a ticket, you should apply for the service at the airport check-in counter after arriving at the airport and at least 60 minutes before the departure time specified for the flight.
Note: If the flight is required to land at a different airport unexpectedly and if the airport is not one of the airports listed above, then due to staffing limitations we may be unable to provide full guidance services.
