According to the latest regulations of the quarantine bureau of Taiwan, China, it is strictly prohibited to bring animal and/or plant products into Taiwan, China. Violators will face a fine of between 10,000 and 1,000,000 Taiwan dollars.Furthermore, passengers who bring pork products into the region will face a heavy fine of between 200,000 and 1,000,000 Taiwan dollars.

Outbreaks of African swine fever, foot-and-mouth disease, avian influenza and other infectious diseases have been occurring in Asia and other countries all over the world.

Pork, beef, chicken and other meat products are prohibited from being brought into Japan. Persons who bring those product without permission will be prosecuted with penal servitude for a term up to three years or a fine up to one million yen.Please click here for details.

Persons who have meat products or have visited places with livestock and persons who will contact with livestock in Japan must visit the “Animal Quarantine Counter” before customs inspection.

In compliance with the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam, passengers on all flights are prohibited from using or transporting any 15-inch MacBook Pro laptop computers manufactured and sold between September 2015 and February 2017, as these were recalled due to problems with the batteries.

We ask that all passengers entering or leaving Vietnam on Hainan Airlines flights please comply with all rules set by the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam. To avoid unnecessary loss, please do not bring any prohibited items into the country.

In order to ensure the safety of air transportation, Fuzhou airport has implemented the business regulation that the excess luggage (exceeding the standard of hand luggage) in the cabin is strictly prohibited to be loaded into the cargo hold since April 22, 2019. Wir bitten die Passagiere, die „Lithium-Batterien“ mit sich führen, auf die folgenden Bestimmungen zu achten:

Lithium-Metall-Batterien dienen dem Betrieb von Mobiltelefonen und anderen elektronischen Geräten, als eine mobile Stromversorgung und externe Stromquelle.

Entsprechend den aktuellen Regelungen „Technische Richtlinien für Transport von Gefahrgütern“ und „Vorschriften über die Beförderung gefährlicher Güter vom chinesischen Amt für Zivilluftfahrt“ von ICAO sollten sich Passagiere mit tragbaren Ladegeräten an folgenden Bestimmungen halten: 


  1. 1. Eine Lithium-Metall-Batterie ist ausschließlich zum persönlichen Gebrauch bestimmt. 

  2. 2. Eine Lithium-Metall-Batterie darf nur im Handgepäck transportiert werden.  Es ist nicht gestattet, eine Lithium-Metall-Batterie im aufgegebenen Gepäck zu transportieren.

  3. 3. Sie können eine Batterie mit der Ladekapazität von nicht mehr als 100 Wh ohne besondere Erlaubnis der Fluggesellschaft mitnehmen. Sollte der Grenzwert von 100 Wh -160Wh überschritten werden, sind Sie verpflichtet eine Genehmigung bei der Fluggesellschaft einzuholen. Jeder Passagier darf nicht mehr als zwei Lithium-Metall-Batterien mitführen.

  4. 4. Es ist unzulässig, eine Lithium-Metall-Batterie mit einer Ladekapazität von mehr als 160Wh, oder ohne eine ausgewiesenen Ladekapazität und nicht gekennzeichneten Parametern, mitzuführen. 

  5. 5. Während des Fluges ist es verboten eine Lithium-Metall-Batterie aufzuladen.


Bestimmungen über Ladekapazität einer Lithium-Metall-Batterie:
Wenn auf einer Lithium-Metall-Batterie  keine Angaben über Wh (Wattstunden) stehen, kann die Ladekapazität nach der folgenden Art und Weise berechnet werden: 

  1. 1. Falls die Nennspannung (V) und Nennkapazität(Ah) bekannt sind, kann die Ladekapazität wie folgt berechnet werden:
        Wh = V x Ah   Die Nennspannung und Nennkapazität werden in der Regel auf dem Gerät ausgewiesen. 

  2. 2. Wenn nur Milliampere Stunden (mAh) auf dem Ladegerät ausgewiesen sind, kann dieser Wert durch 1000 geteilt werden, um die Amperestunden (Ah) auszurechnen.

        Zum Beispiel: Nennspannung von 3,7 V, Nennkapazität von 760 mAh, Energiewerten: 760 mAh ÷ 1000 = 0.76Ah

        3.7V × 0.76Ah = 2.9Wh

Toothpaste and shaving cream One piece is limited to one piece and must not exceed 100g (mL). When passengers transfer from international or regional flights to domestic flights in the same airport control area, the duty-free liquids they bring into the country must meet three conditions at the same time (show the shopping voucher, put them in a sealed and intact transparent plastic bag, Only after security check confirmation) can be taken with you. If you leave the airport control area during the transfer to a domestic flight, you must check the duty-free liquids that you have brought into the country as baggage.


3. Liquid dairy products necessary for infants’ air travel, liquid medicines necessary for patients with diabetes or other diseases during air travel, can only be carried with them after safety inspections have been confirmed.


Four. Liquids purchased or obtained by passengers in the airport control area or aircraft can be carried with them before leaving the airport control area.
