Details of Fortune Wings Club member benefits

1.     In addition to the base award points, Platinum Card, Gold Card and Silver Card Elite members can get status bonus points according to membership status. 

Elite members can earn status bonus points based on eligible spend while taking flights operated by Hainan Airlines(HU), Grand China Air(CN), Lucky Air(8L), Capital Airlines(JD), Fuzhou Airlines(FU), Guangxi Beibu Gulf Airlines(GX), Suparna Airlines(Y8) and Urumqi Air(UQ) according fare-based award method. 

Elite members can earn status bonus points based on flight distance and fare class while taking flights operated by Hong Kong Airlines(HX) according distance-based award method. 

Elite members take prime flights operated by Virgin Australia(VA), Etihad Airways(EY), Alaska Airlines(AS), TAP Air Portugal cannot earn status bonus points. Elite members can earn status bonus points while taking codeshare flights marketed by Hainan Airlines(HU), Hong Kong Airlines(HX), Capital Airlines(JD) or Tianjin Airlines(GS) and operated by Virgin Australia(VA).Fortune Wings Club elite members who are the Gold Deer Card holders do not enjoy the Status Bonus Points award. 

2.     When several Elite members stand by for the same cabin, priority shall be given to Platinum Card, Gold Card and Silver Card members in turn. Elite members of the same status will board according to time sequence requested. 

3.     When taking a flight of Hainan Airlines (HU), Grand China Air (CN), Lucky Air (8L), Tianjin Airlines (GS), Capital Airlines (JD), Fuzhou Airlines (FU), Suparna Airlines (Y8) , Guangxi Beibu Gulf Airlines (GX), Urumqi Air(UQ) (including domestic chartered flight and code share flights of the above member companies including Hainan Airlines), if Platinum Card members call Elite member hotline line of Fortune Wings Club④ to make an application personally within 24 hours (inclusive) before departure , best efforts will be made to ensure a full-fare economy seat; if Gold Card or Silver Card member calls Elite member line of Fortune Wings Club④ to make an application personally within 48 hours (inclusive) before departure ,, best efforts will be made to ensure a full-fare economy seat. 

4.     Elite member line of Fortune Wings Club provides 7*24 hour Chinese service and one-stop domestic business handling service, including the reservation of paid passenger tickets and relevant member services. Meanwhile, the hotline is a two-channel line. Using the cell phone registered by member account to call (86-898)95339 and pressing 3 or directly call (86-898)950717 and pressing 3,can reach Elite member department directly. 

5.     Platinum Card, Gold Card and Silver Card members who buy full price ticket of Economy Class of domestic self-support flights for actual acceptance for carriage with aviation code of Hainan Airlines (HU), Grand China Air (CN), have the opportunity for complimentary upgrade to business class Within 24 hours before departure, member service hotline will call members and handle upgrade according to passenger load factor of Economy Class and retaining seat capacity of business class of the flight.

Note: The full price tickets of economy class should except for passenger tickets of chartered airplane, code sharing, guaranteed subsidized flights and other special flights; as well as all kinds of free tickets(include old/new Deer Card free tickets),new/old Deer Card tickets, JinChengTianJin tickets, TongLeXuan tickets SIG, domestic connecting segments of international flights(ADDON segments), Thanksgiving Trip auction tickets and other special tickets,as well as tickets have been checked in. 

6.     When Platinum Card, Gold Card and Silver Card members buy China domestic ticket(not including Hong Kong Tianwan and Macao)passenger ticket of accumulated classification points cabin for actual acceptance for carriage and aviation code of Hainan Airlines (HU), Grand China Air (CN), Lucky Air (8L), Tianjin Airlines (GS), Capital Airlines (JD), Fuzhou Airlines (FU), Suparna Airlines (Y8), Guangxi Beibu Gulf Airlines (GX), Urumqi Air(UQ)and apply for passenger ticket modification changing or ticket returning refunding within two hours (inclusive) before departure, they can be exempted from handling charge for ticket refunding and changing. Changes and refunds should be handled at ticket office where members get tickets. If agents do not follow rules, please contact 950717 in time. 

This rules does not apply to the following circumstances: 

(1) Fortune Flex Award. 

(2) Ticket with no SQPs accrual. (Click here to get point-earning standard)  

(3) Group ticket, irregular passenger ticket or other passenger tickets of special products marked with “no refund or change”(e.g. Tonglexuan, etc.). 

(4) Domestic passenger tickets including international segments. 

(5) Flights operated by above-mentioned airlines with the numbers issued by other airlines (not belonging to the above companies). 

(6) For other matters not covered, please refer to each member airline’s general transportation conditions and their respective management regulations of various classes. 

7.     If Platinum Card, Gold Card and Silver Card members redeem a domestic or international flights of award upgrade or Fortune Classic Award (including domestic and international charter flights, and code-sharing flights of member airlines as follows) which can accumulate miles and are operated by and with codes of Hainan Airlines(HU), Grand China Air (CN), Lucky Air (8L), Tianjin Airlines (GS), Hong Kong Airlines (HX), Capital Airlines (JD), Fuzhou Airlines (FU) Suparna Airlines (Y8), Guangxi Beibu Gulf Airlines(GX) and Urumqi Air(UQ)or redeem international flights of award ticket of Alaska Airlines(AS), Etihad Airways(EY), Virgin Australia(VA), TAP Air Portugal flight,they can enjoy free changing ticket service before departure. Select Card members can enjoy 10% discount on changing ticket service before departure. 

       Changes and refunds should be handled at ticket office where members get tickets. If agents do not follow rules, please contact Elite member line in time. 8.     One Platinum Card member can use First/Business Class check-in counter and First/Business Class lounge with two accompanying passengers. 

Gold Card members with one accompanying passenger can check in at Elite member only counter as well as take a break and wait for departure at Elite member lounges of Beijing, Haikou, Xi'an and Tianjin when taking Hainan Airlines (HU) and Grand China Airlines (CN) self-operated flights. Other navigable cities can use check-in counter of first/business class and first/business class lounges. Gold Card Members can only use lounges having service contract with the actual purchased ticket corresponding airlines when taking Fortune Wings Club Member Airlines (except HU/CN) self-operated flights.

Silver Card members themselves can check in at Elite member only counter as well as take a break and wait for departure at Elite member lounges of Beijing, Haikou ,Xi'an and Tianjin when taking Hainan Airlines (HU) and Grand China Airlines (CN) self-operated flights until Dec. 31th, 2019.Other navigable cities can use check-in counter of first/business class and first/business class lounges. Silver Card Members can only use lounges having service contract with the actual purchased ticket corresponding airlines when taking Fortune Wings Club Member Airlines (except HU/CN) self-operated flights.

From January 1st, 2020, Silver Card members themselves can only enter Elite Member lounges to rest when taking Hainan Airlines (HU) and Grand China Airlines (CN) self-operated flights, and other member airlines self-operated flights will cancel the Elite member lounges rights. (the Silver Card member themselves can still enjoy the Hong Kong Airport Elite Member Lounge service when taking Hong Kong Airlines (HX) self-operated flights until June 30th, 2020.)

Further implementations are due to the actual security conditions of the airport.

9.     If one Platinum Card or Gold Card member with real card of Elite card and flight itinerary or boarding pass for that day (flight itinerary must include: at least one flight segment operated by AS, and connecting to/from an HU-operated international flight within 24 hours of the AS segment, with at least one of the segments occurring on the current day; besides all flights should except charter and code-sharing flights) depart from Anchorage (ANC), Los Angeles (LAX), Portland (PDX) and Seattle (SEA), they each can enjoy Alaska Airlines’ Board Room service with at most one accompanying passenger. 

10.   If Platinum Card members who takes a plane for actual acceptance for carriage and aviation code of Hainan Airlines (HU), Grand China Air (CN), and takes off from Beijing (T1), Haikou, Xi’an, Taiyuan or Urumqi, can call Elite member line of Fortune Wings Club and reserve guiding service 12 hours before departure. According to adjustable resources of the airport, specially assigned person guides the member from check-in counter to Elite lounges. 

11.   If Platinum Card members take international or domestic self-operated flights of Hainan Airlines (HU), Grand China Air (CN), one can use First/Business Class security channel with rest card issued by the check-in counter and can enjoy the service of free inter-terminal shuttle bus to remote boarding gate. For further information please click here. The actual service guarantee is subject to the security conditions of the airport on the spot. 

If Gold Card members take flights operated by and with codes of Hainan Airlines (HU) and Grand China Air (CN), they can use First Class security channel and enjoy exclusive shuttle bus service to remote gates when departing from Haikou, Xi'an, Taiyuan and Urumqi.Tianjin. 

If Silver Card members take flights operated by and with codes of Hainan Airlines (HU) and Grand China Air (CN), they can use First Class security channel when departing from Haikou, Xi'an, Taiyuan and Urumqi. 

Other special services such as airport security channels and shuttle bus service are subject to airport support. 

12.   If providing a valid Fortune Wings Elite member card and tickets operated under the codes of Hainan Airlines (HU), Grand China Air(CN), Lucky Air (8L), Tianjin Airlines (GS), Hong Kong Airlines (HX), Capital Airlines (JD), Fuzhou Airlines (FU),Suparna Airlines (Y8), Guangxi Beibu Gulf Airlines(GX) and Urumqi Air(UQ), Platinum Card members and Gold Card members can enjoy extra free baggage allowance of  30kg of extra free baggage allowance for weight concept route or one piece of baggage for piece concept route; Silver Card members can enjoy 20kg of extra free baggage allowance for weight concept route or one piece of baggage for piece concept route.

13.   If providing valid Fortune Wings Elite member cards and domestic and international tickets operated by and with codes of Hainan Airlines (HU) and Grand China Air(CN), Platinum Card members and Gold Card members can enjoy priority baggage services at destination airports. When taking Hainan Airlines’ or Grand China Air’s city-to-city flights of Beijing, Haikou, Xi'an, Taiyuan, Urumqi, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dalian, Silver Card members can enjoy priority baggage services.

If providing valid Fortune Wings Elite member cards and domestic and international tickets operated by and with codes of Hainan Airlines (HU) and Grand China Air(CN), Platinum Card members and Gold Card members can enjoy priority baggage services at destination airports. When taking Hainan Airlines’ or Grand China Air’s city-to-city flights of Beijing, Haikou, Xi'an, Taiyuan, Urumqi, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dalian, Silver Card members can enjoy priority baggage services.

  2. 14. If it is required to arrange accommodation when the flight is abnormal, Platinum Card, Gold Card and Silver Card members will enjoy Business Class passenger treatment, and travel companions of Platinum Card and Gold Card members are treated according to original purchased seat class.

  4. 16. Platinum Card and Gold Card members can apply for overdraft account for award tickets and cabin upgrades. Within permitted range, multiple overdrafts can also be made and all the overdraft credit can also be used for redemption, subsequent points will be prioritized for reimbursing the overdraft credit.

  5. 17. One Platinum Card member can apply for a free Fortune Wings Silver Card for a friend or a family member within the validity period by contacting Elite member line or logging in the Fortune Wings Club website, who cannot be the member himself/herself. The beneficiary is required to be the Fortune Wings member, and it cannot be changed after the application. The gift silver card is valid from the day when the card is issued until the following month of the second year, members who hold gift silver card cannot enjoy privileges such as extra bonus points, bonuses for upgrading membership and maintaining status.

  6. 18. If Platinum members and gold card members who take Hainan Airlines (HU), Grand China Air (CN) domestic self-operated flights, can call Elite member line of Fortune Wings Club (95339-3 or 950717-3) and book economy front seat reservation service in 24 hours before departure. Part of the city/flight seat may not be available, subject to the actual consultation.
