Richard Phillips has been a familiar face on televisions screens over the past 10 years, appearing as a regular guest chef on some of the UK's most popular cookery shows. With an emphasis upon the superlative food and how ingredients work together, Chef Richard’s cuisine is innovative with an edgy concept and he reflects these qualities in the signature dishes created for Hainan Airlines. Chef Richard’s menu demonstrates a clear culinary intelligence, creating a memorable British elegant dining experience.

Hainan Airlines invites Chinese Chef of Northern Cuisine from Grand Hyatt Beijing, whom dedicated his career to one of the most outstanding restaurants in Beijing, “Made in China”, to design and present series of innovative and elegant gourmets for our Business Class passengers for international flights departed from Beijing. Grand Hyatt Beijing at Oriental Plaza’s signature restaurant “Made in China” had received multiple awards since its establishment. It was honored as one of the top Chinese restaurants on the “Elite Traveler Top 100 Restaurants in the World” list for the third consecutive year. Hainan Airlines collaborates with Grand Hyatt “Made in China” to serve our passengers enjoyable home-cooked dishes with superior quality ingredients from provinces around China.
Francouzská Restaurace Art Nouveau Collaboration
Hainan Airlines cooperates with Francouzská Restaurace Art Nouveau, present a series of traditional, typical and tasty western entrées exclusively designed for our Business Class passengers from Prague to Beijing. Francouzská restaurace Art Nouveau was awarded by the prestigious guide Gault & Millau for the second time this year relies on their high quality of food and service. The signature specialty restaurant serves a fantastic combination of traditional and innovated Czech cuisines inspired from renowned chef team who has rich experience from Michelin Star restaurants. Gourmets such as Roasted beef fillet with mushroom sauce served with gratinated potato with thyme and grilled squash, Grilled pike perch with dill cream sauce served with potato purée and potato balls with egg tartar are provided onboard for passengers to select and dine.
Ruen Mallika Collaboration
Hainan Airlines invites Ruen Mallika restaurant as the co-branding partner to present a series of traditional, typical and tasty Thai entrées specially designed for our Business Class passengers from Bangkok to Haikou. Ruen Mallika, a well-known restaurant in Bangkok is established in September 2002, located in the gorgeously 200 year-old Ratanakosin-era teakwood house. It serves tasty authentic “Royal Thai Cuisines” brings a taste experience of Thai cultures. You can experience more of Thailand’s authentic dishes via Hainan Airlines’ flights.
